Aerobic – Step & Weight Training – Winter 2017

Program combines moderate/high intensity cardio training utilizing a step and weights which strengthens, conditions, tones and defines muscles providing the ultimate training workout!  Classes will also include abdominal work and relaxation/stretching at the end of each class.

NOTE: Facility has several steps and hand weights available for participants on first come basis.  Participants are encouraged to bring their own exercise mat for personal use.  Ages 16+.

Program meets Mondays & Wednesdays (6:30-7:30pm) beginning Monday, January 9th  through Wednesday, March 1st, 2017   at the Chenowith Activity Center.

$70 for 8 calendar weeks. There is also an option for one day per week participation.

No class on Monday 1/16/2017 and Monday 2/20/2017 due to center closing for MLK and President’s Day Holiday
