Youth Conditioning – Meeting outside the tennis court area

September – November

1 hour sessions:  Mondays and Wednesdays  5:00-6:00pm  Ages 10 and under

Tuesdays and Thursdays      5:00-6:00pm  Ages 11 – 15

$80 for 8 sessions

Working to make every movement matter, these sessions offer speed training, agility, strength and resistance training, and stretching with an emphasis on form and technique. Each session is designed to enhance your child’s sports performances while having fun!  They will learn to push themselves, push their friends, and push their overall fitness to the next level!  Offering small group training sessions, team training sessions, and personal training to kids of all ages.
